We hand-deliver your student's box anywhere on the TCU campus. You will give us the student's name and text phone number on the checkout page. We will reach out to your student by text to come up with a convenient time and place to meet up. We will message them three times; then we will contact you if we haven't heard back.

Place your orders anytime until the cutoff date for each holiday/finals Frog Box. The cutoff date is listed on each box's page. For birthday Frog Boxes, please try to order with one week advance notice, but we will do our best to accommodate last minute orders if possible. 

Absolutely! Some special add-ons are included on each Frog Box's page, but please reach out via email if you are wondering about a custom box. We can work with you on what you're looking for and get you a quote. Custom boxes will need extra time for delivery, so please reach out several weeks in advance! 

We are unable to offer refunds on boxes, as many of the included items are consumable. Please reach out to us though if you are anything less than delighted, and we will make it right!

Yes, all Frog Boxes include a hand-written gift note with your special message. Enter your message when you add the Frog Box to your cart.
